Ray White business expands to Coomera
FAMILIAR faces from the Ray White Upper Coomera agency are set to open a new Ray White office dedicated to the Coomera community.
FAMILIAR faces from the Ray White Upper Coomera agency are set to open a new Ray White office dedicated to the Coomera community.
The Ray White Coomera officially opened its doors on August 1, complementing the existing Upper Coomera agency which will continue to help its local residents buy and sell successfully.
Upper Coomera Principal Peter Catanzariti said he made the decision to expand his business because he saw it as the next logical step as the area grew.
“We’re all locals and have watched the area grow and evolve, now Upper Coomera is a thriving suburb, Coomera and Pimpama have grown dramatically and our business has grown within the area,” Mr Catanzariti said.
“It’s a $100 million marketplace place now with a lot of investors and families turning to Coomera as their home - there’s lots more development, new schools and new infrastructure. Coomera is coming of age and it’s time that Ray White had a presence there.”
Some members of the Upper Coomera team will be transitioning to the Coomera office including number one agent for the suburb Cat Fraser as well as an extensive property management team to help service the large investor market in the area.
Mr Catanzariti said Coomera has been underserviced by real estate agencies in the past and he can see a real need for a local agency.
“The area is the same as Upper Coomera but also quite different. Coomera has its own community and has transitioned from suburb in name to community in nature - we definitely recognise that and want to be a part of it,” he said.
“The prices and houses range from everything including units, townhouses and waterfront properties. Family homes and investments have typically been our key markets in the area.
“We have serviced the area quite well in the past, but a local presence means that clients don’t need to travel as far because we’re closer than ever.”
With the opening of a new agency for Mr Catanzariti, he hopes to expand his market share within the Coomera area but said his main goal is to better serve his clients and the local community.
“We want to provide a boutique customer service with the big agency backing, something we have already done successfully in Upper Coomera,” the Coomera principal said.
“We’re a very family orientated team which is why Ray White originally appealed to me because of the deep ties the group has to family values as well as locally run businesses that give back to the community.
“The people of Coomera deserve the most professional real estate agents to manage and help sell their most valuable asset. Now that we have a presence we can do better than before.”
Ray White Queensland CEO Tony Warland extended his congratulations to Mr Catanzariti on expanding his business.
“We are delighted that Peter and the team are expanding to the Coomera area and have no doubt that they will service the residents of the community with the same energy, enthusiasm and ambition as they have in Upper Coomera,” Mr Warland said.
“Peter’s team are already market leaders in the area when it comes to listing share and we look forward to watching them continue to grow as they support their local real estate community.”
