From humble beginnings, Ray White Broome is now a force to be reckoned with.
Starting their journey working out of a shed, January 17, 2012 marked a proud moment as Licensee Tony Hart recalls. It was the day they opened the doors of their Ray White premises in Broome’s famous Cable Beach precinct. Just under five (5) years on their recent decision to renew with Ray White was an extremely easy one.
“Ray White have been by our side since day one. The family values that Brian and his family embrace extend to Mark Whiteman and the entire WA Corporate Team.” Tony Hart explained. “It's a culture thing. Nothing is a problem for any of the team and they are always there to assist and support our business.”
This sentiment is reciprocated by Ray White WA CEO, Mark Whiteman. “Even in a tightening market, we can always count on the team at Broome to be an inspiration for not only our regional offices, but for the group as a whole.” Mark said. “This was exemplified when Clare Cowen was named Top Salesperson at our recent Annual Awards and the team taking out 9th place for Top Office.” Mark went on to remark, “To place this highly in a tough, regional marketplace is just remarkable.”
The key to their success? Passion. “To be successful in business you must be passionate about what you do, be clear about what you want to achieve and to always embrace your team's aspirations and goals as they will help you achieve yours.” Tony said.
Looking to the next phase of their business, the team is committed to growth. They firmly believe they are on the verge of returning to a relatively normal market and are looking at opportunities for expansion, including expanding their sales team and increasing their rent roll. They are also looking to incorporate a Loan Market representative into the team. This will allow them to provide even more value and better service to their clients.
