The Batemans Bay property market received a boost with key agent, Steven Mason, branching out as a new business owner.

Mr Mason has opened the door to Ray White Batemans Bay.

“I spent some time working in the Sydney market and I’m looking forward to bringing that experience home to Batemans Bay,” says Mr Mason.

"My mum grew up in the area and as a kid, Batemans Bay was a second home to me. I moved here as an adult and worked in the local market for many years before my move to Sydney.

“I’ve always felt a strong connection to the area and decided to move back in 2012. I wanted to provide a different service to the community and made the decision this year to open a Ray White office."

Mr Mason has more than eight years experience selling real estate in Batemans Bay and the surrounding suburbs.

“The area is seeing strong sales results, particularly over the last three months, and I am excited to be opening my business during a time of growth in the property market.

“My ambition is to bring fresh ideas to the local market and help people achieve the best possible result,” says Mr Mason.

The Ray White Group sees huge potential for the new Batemans Bay office.

“Steven brings enormous talent to Ray White. He saw that his future as a business owner was best aligned with the Ray White family and we share a high expectation of success in the Batemans Bay market,” Says Stephen Nell, Ray White NSW CEO.

“Real Estate in the area is really competitive and that’s what I love about it. Being up against a number of agents and proving that I am the best man for the job is exhilarating.

“When I take on a property I am always driven by the knowledge that my clients have entrusted me with one of the biggest decisions of their lives and I take that responsibility very seriously,” Mr Mason concludes.
