Ray White Balgowlah’s Melissah Douglas and Andrew White are selling a home in Manly completely for free, after the owner won a prize at the ‘Bally Boys trivia Night’ hosted by the Boys Campus of the Northern Beaches Secondary College.

Melissah and Andrew donated to the event a commission free property sales campaign which was valued at more than $40,000.

The winner, and owner of 16a Hope Avenue, North Manly, Sandy Davys’ son goes to Bally Boys high school and is currently completing his HSC year.

Sandy plans to downsize from the three bedroom family home, now that all her children are older.

Sandy will receive for free all consultations on the sales method, all open homes, negotiation and solicitor liaison, database marketing and marketing on all the portals of the Ray White Group, including China-based portals as part of the sales campaign.

“We are very excited about the marketing campaign for 16a Hope Avenue in North Manly, and so happy to be part of the funds raised for Bally Boys high school,” said Melissah. “We can’t wait for our team to achieve the best result for Sandy and her family.”
