Ray White Ascot stalwart welcomes next generation of leaders

BRISBANE real estate leader Dwight Ferguson has passed the torch to top Ray White Ascot agents Damon Warat and Alexander Shean.

Mr Ferguson has been at the helm of the leading Ascot business for 19 years but is now ready to usher in the next generation of real estate leaders. The outgoing Ray White Ascot principal is an institution within the Brisbane real estate industry and said he was proud to be able to hand over the business to Mr Warat and Mr Shean."I am delighted to be handing the reins to two of our top agents and taking the opportunity to step back to focus on what I love, which is helping our clients on their property journey," Mr Ferguson said.“Damon and Alex have shown their ambition and energy, especially over the past two years within a market that has been both challenging and fast-paced.
