Adelaide local Bronwyn Vale has been buying tickets to the Endeavor foundation home lottery for 27 years, and on the 64th anniversary - she has won a brand new home in Queensland’s Maleny.

The Endeavor Foundation supports those with disabilities, and their 64th anniversary saw the giveaway of 64 prizes including 11 Brookhaven Court, Maleny - their major prize, which they valued at $1,082,283.

The 3,116sqm property is scheduled to go to auction on November 22 2015.

Bronwyn is unable to re-locate to the sunshine state, and has subsequently put the home on the market with Ray White Maleny selling agents Ray Scarfe and Melinda Martin.

“Unfortunately it’s too far for me to travel on a regular basis, two and a half days from Adelaide to Maleny, and I don’t want the home to be empty. It deserves someone to live in it, it’s a beautiful home,” said Bronwyn.

Bronwyn has visited her new property on three occasions and said it was a surprise to finally have a win in the lottery.

“I have been buying two tickets in every lottery for the past 27 years, and because this year was the 64th anniversary special of the lottery I bought an additional$100 in tickets, and one of those was the winning one.”

According to selling agent Ray Scarfe the heritage inspired Queenslander will be sold fully furnished.

“The property is virtually brand new, with the polished timber floors, high vaulted ceilings and a state of the art kitchen,” he said.
