Ray White Asset Management Taigum will focus solely on rental properties and director of property management Melissa Howard will head up the department. Mr Fraser will stay on board with Mr Green coming on as CEO.

Mr Green has been with the Ray White Group for more than a decade, beginning as a sales manager at Ray White Aspley. Mr Green also spearheads a group of six other offices with 125 staff members including Ray White Aspley, Ray White Scarborough, Ray White Warner, Ray White Newport, Ray White Springfield and Ray White Springfield Lakes as CEO.

“We are very customer-centric in our approach in that we are investing in new technology platforms to provide both our landlords and tenants the best possible experience,” Mr Green said.

“This is the next step in our plan for growth in the north of Brisbane. It makes us one of the largest Ray White businesses in Brisbane’s northside.

“Due to our size and the backing of the largest agency in Australasia, we’re able to invest into technology platforms where some of our competitors can’t. This has meant we have less turnover of tenants.”

Meanwhile, Mr Fraser (pictured above) has a wealth of experience in the property industry and has worked across a range of functions over the last 30 years.

His long career in Brisbane real estate has ranged from property investment, commercial real estate, to new developments, finance and apartment building management.

“Rob wants the best for the team and the best for the business,” Mr Fraser said.

“He puts a huge emphasis on work ethic within his company and that’s a big thing we have in the office. Knowing he will continue this is a good thing from my point of view.

“The whole team will be staying on and the transition will be very seamless. It’s still going to be the same familiar faces with the backing that’s on offer from Rob’s group of businesses.”

Property management director, Ms Howard (pictured above) said the Ray White Asset Management Taigum property management team is client focused.

“We use the efficiencies of technology to support us, so we have the time to build deeper relationships which allows us to customise our approach to managing our clients based on their needs,” Ms Howard said.

“Our team leader Brooke Martin, who has been an integral part of this merge, and I will ensure our team are continually focusing on their growth and development and work within a supportive and balanced environment.

“We are looking forward to bringing the wealth of experience that sits within our property management team together in the one property management space.”
