Ray White New Farm’s upcoming Auction Under The Stars is more than an auction event, it’s a property buffet.

This fully catered market expo comes with a smorgasbord of properties to devour under twinkling fairy lights.

Now in it’s fourth year, the next Auction Under The Stars will be held on May 30 at 6pm in the carpark behind Ray White New Farm on Brunswick St, New Farm.

The last one saw $30M in property change hands with a 99 per cent clearance rate of properties after two weeks, and 78 per cent on the night. The next bi-annual event will see 21 properties going under the hammer.

Choose from a stunning three-level luxury riverfront penthouse at 462/30 Macrossan St, Brisbane City which agent Brandon Wortley is calling “the finest apartment in the Brisbane CBD”to champion swimmer Susie O’Neill’s investment property at Yeronga.

“The Macrossan St penthouse has got an unprecedented finish, with a custom-built wine cellar on its mezzanine level.” At the nearby Bellagio, there are only six luxury penthouse apartments in total.

Mr Wortley is also selling 6/455 Adelaide St, Brisbane City offers 580sq m with four bedrooms, four bathrooms over two floors.

Ray White New Farm principal Matt Lancashire said every buyer demographic was catered for at the Auction Under The Stars.

“We have plenty for buyers in all parts of the market, from first home buyer apartments, to unrenovated cottages, to income producing assets to prestige properties and stunning riverfront homes,” Mr Lancashire said.

“We have a really good cross section on offer. “So if you are looking for a snapshot of the current market, come along. If you are a buyer, or potential seller, it’ll give you a real time market research on what the market is doing. You cannot get that anywhere else. “The reason it is so successful is it is not something we do every month and every single event we have run we’ve had a clearance rate of 70 per cent or higher.

“It gives our sellers the opportunity to get a cross section of buyers.. We generally find we have our buyers registered on not just one property but multiple, and that’s what makes the event so successful.”

The function is fully catered for by local modern Asian eatery called LONgtime and is proudly supported by realestate.com.au, News Corp, with brokers on hand from Loan Market, Ray White specialist property mangers plus the experienced residential experts from Conveyancing Connection.
