The owners of prominent Melbourne bridal business, Raffaele Ciuca, have listed their family home and an undeveloped block of land for auction.
The properties at 13 Coromandel Court and 5 Graeme Court are being marketed through Frank Perri and Carmen Stenta of Ray White Manningham.
“The home at 13 Coromandel Court is a magnificent family home in a tightly held street. The land at 5 Graeme Court is a rare development opportunity,” Mr Perri said.
Sitting on 605m² and 746m² respectively, 13 Coromandel Court and 5 Graeme Court will be auctioned separately.
“These blocks are larger than most in the area and both form part of the coveted Yarraleen Estate. Although we are running two separate auction campaigns, the properties actually adjoin one another and we’ll be auctioning them consecutively on the same day,” Mr Perri explains.
“Market feedback will play a significant role in determining the value of both properties.”
The owners of both properties, Joe and Patricia Pallozzi, are the fourth generation owners of family business, Raffaele Ciuca.
“Raffaele Ciuca is well known throughout Melbourne as the leading bridal shop. They’ve been dressing brides and grooms for nearly 60 years - I even used them for my own wedding,” Mr Perri said.
13 Coromandel Court and 5 Graeme Court will both be auctioned onsite on 19 July 2014.
