After nine years of building a reputation as one of north-west Sydney’s leading figures in project marketing, Deepak Rochlani and his team of five have partnered with Australasia’s leading real estate group to open Ray White Colebee.
Since selling many large projects with up to 300 houses across Colebee, Marsden Park and Ingleburn, Mr Rochlani has become well known amoungst the locals, having sold homes to a large majority of them.
Mr Rochlani realised his ambitions extended beyond his bread and butter of selling house and land packages, after many years of being approached by existing clients to sell and manage their homes.
“While Colebee is a very small and exclusive suburb, I decided that in order to progress all sides of my real estate business, I needed to partner with the best brand possible,” Mr Rochlani said.
“Ray White has the best brand recognition and reputation, particularly in Sydney,"
“After much consideration and consultation with the corporate team and other franchisees, I knew that Ray White would be the best partner to continue providing outstanding service to our clients; the technology is second to none, and that really is the backbone of any real estate business."
Property investing and house flipping has also always been a side passion for Mr Rochlani, who believes that the small but exciting Colebee region in Western Sydney is the place to be.
“I actually only came across Colebee four years ago when I started marketing a project here; there are only three main housing estates here so it is very highly sought after,” he said.
Known best for its championship golf course designed by Greg Norman, Colebee is made up of nearly 70 per cent greenery, making it a popular choice for golfers and families.“Nearly all the houses in Colebee are backing onto the golf course or beautiful green parks,”
Mr Rochlani, his wife and operations manager Myra, and their two year old son live in Colebee themselves, dubbing it a wonderful area to raise a family.
“Colebee, Marsden Park and the broader South-West area of Sydney are my areas of focus, particularly because I love living here in the community myself,”
“It is conveniently located right next to the M7 which means that you can get anywhere within 40 minutes, whether that is to the CBD of Sydney or to Campbelltown,” Ms Rochlani said.
“It is also a very multicultural and community focused area, and we have really managed to hone our craft in this suburb to ensure we have an extremely comprehensive database.”
Mr Rochlani said that it was his ambition to maintain a successful project marketing division due to his existing relationships with prominent developers in the area, as well as bringing on more new brilliant sales professionals to expand their reach.
“I have always been an entrepreneur and I believe that gives me an edge on competitors; the sky's the limit and I truly believe that we work harder than anyone else,” he said.
“We put our clients first, are multilingual, and go above and beyond, even if that means working 24 hours a day.”
Mr Rochlani and his team were awarded number one agency in Colebee for the Rate My Agent awards in 2022.
Ray White New South Wales CEO Andrew McCulloch welcomed Mr Rochlani and the entire Colebee team to the Ray White family.
“I have been across Deepak’s progress over many years and have always been impressed with how well regarded he is in the community,” Mr McCulloch said.
“We continue to have high performing young agents join us and it’s testament to the wider Ray White group as a whole across our state.
“I look forward to seeing his progress over the coming years, and meeting more excellent team members that he will recruit into our group.”
