Paul Hodkinson, prolific local real estate business professional, has tonight taken out the Ray White Group’s prestigious Max White award.

The Max White prize has been presented for over 30 years and each year goes to an individual who has contributed to and played a significant role in the growth of Ray White in Queensland.

“A quick glance of the names on this trophy tells the story, these are the champions of our company,” Brian White, Ray White Group chairman, said.

He has been instrumental in creating new opportunities for new talent in the network.

Paul is the managing director of seven of Ray White’s businesses including Aspley, Boondall, Bridgeman Downs, Springwood, Taigum, Warner and the Rentals Centre.

He was congratulated for achieving 15 years with the Ray White group, so too was his colleague Deborah McCulloch. Thelma Hodkinson in the Bridgeman Downs team achieved the same milestone.

His Ray White Aspley business was also named at the Ray White Awards on Thursday night as the 14th best performing office of the 170 offices in Queensland.

Michael Vonder of the Ray White Aspley office took out a gong for Excellence in Print Media thanks to Quest Newspapers.

These awards were presented in front of a record crowd 1,100 real estate professionals. It was the first time in ten years the Ray White Queensland annual awards have been held in a new venue, the Royal International Convention Centre.

It was also the first time an award has been presented based on customer rankings.
