The powerhouse team behind Ray White Windsor, Ray White Richmond and Ray White North Richmond, have opened the doors at their fourth location in Pitt Town | Wisemans Ferry in Sydney’s historic North West pocket along the Hawkesbury River.
Peter Chidgey, who started with the Ray White Group 18 years ago, said that moving into his fourth location in Pitt Town | Wisemans Ferry was a natural progression for the team.
“This new location is the next step for us to completely service the North West corridor, and I have such confidence and faith in the wonderful team around me to make this happen,” Mr Chidgey said.
Heading up the new office alongside Mr Chidgey will be his start Sales Manager and Auctioneer, Ziggy Parsonson from the existing Ray White Windsor office.
“We have worked in partnership with the Ray White Group to build up a strong and reputable name in our region,” Mr Chidgey said.
“We have a brilliant relationship with the corporate team and the White family, and are thrilled to be opening our fourth office. The journey continues!”
Pitt Town is a region set for tremendous growth over the coming years, with a number of infrastructure projects in place to see the population boom. Mr Chidgey said that the appeal of the region is its 50-minute proximity to the Sydney CBD and the rural feel of the area.
Mr Chidgey has raised his own family in the region that he affectionately calls “god’s country”, with his daughter working in property management in the Windsor business.
“We have all the city conveniences here, but still maintain the leafy rural vibe which people love,” he said.
The area also captivates a level of tourism, with watersports being a major drawcard along the renowned Hawkesbury River.
“There is a real mixed bag of real estate in the region, from older established homes, right up to multi-million dollar lifestyle properties,” he said.
“We love this region and have built a fantastic team to help us realise our real estate ambitions for the wonderful region of Pitt Town | Wisemans Ferry.”
Over the next 12 months, the main goal for the Pitt Town | Wisemans Ferry team is to grow their reputation as the go-to agents in the area, build a strong local database and recruit more excellent team members.
“We believe that we have a level of professionalism that is unrivalled in the Hawkesbury region,” Mr Chidey said.
“We are all entrenched in the region; everyone who works amongst our four offices are across different boards, sports, schools and community groups in the area.”
“Our agents on the ground really know this region to a tee; we have an abundance of experience and really understand the ins and outs of the real estate market here,” Mr Chidgey said.
