A leading salesman with a major national group has launched a new real estate business in the Herdsman area this spring.
Daryl Green is one of the most awarded Ray White sales people in Western Australia and has turned his attentions to, what he says is, a burgeoning market.
“He has been ranked number one in sales many times, as well as the leader in gross value of sales, settled commissions, number of auctions and listings. When not number one, Daryl was always in the top four – a truly remarkable achievement,” the CEO of Ray White Western Australia Mark Whiteman said.
Daryl has launched a new business with long-time colleague Sherida Fagan and three key sales staff.
While they have both experienced success in many markets including Karratha, they have a personal affiliations with the Herdsman area.
Daryl grew up in and around Wembley, Innaloo, Glendalough, Woodlands, while Sherida grew up close the area and will head up property managements.
The Osbourne Park-based business will fill a geographical gap for Ray White too, and according to Daryl, the Herdsman area has plenty of diverse opportunity for buyers and sellers.
“Wembley is a mixture of $300k to $1.5m homes. It’s a transitional suburb. Between now and the 1940-50s it has become a quite sought after suburb,” Mr Green said.
“Innaloo, on the other hand, is made up mostly of duplexes and higher density. Glendalough is mostly older units and Woodlands is sought after by families.”
“They’re all attractive suburbs in their own right - particularly thanks to proximity to the city (some 15 mins).”
“We’re part of the northern suburbs, close to the ocean, city, freeway, and sporting facilities.
Daryl is the former licensee and principal of Ray White Special Projects and has been part of the industry since 1985.
“A strong advocate for professionalism, dedication and commitment Daryl is widely recognised today as an industry leader,” Mr Whiteman said.
“His proficiency in selling to investors has resulted in Daryl possessing the skills necessary to negotiate deals where the property is ‘sight unseen’.”
“Daryl provides a valuable resource to developers who need powerful marketing strategies. His ability to plan and implement winning sales campaigns provides a worry-free solution for developers.”
