Mr Willis represents the new real estate generation. He offers new ideas, new technologies, new approaches and a whole new attitude.
The successful agent within the business has bought the sales franchise from Mark Cresp, who has been in real estate for more than 40 years, and who will continue to service the community as a sales agent.
Mr Willis, who spent 15 years in the Royal Australian Defence Force and served his country on three occasions in Afghanistan, is excited about realising his business ownership ambitions and believes his past unique experiences has put him in good stead for success.
“I have been working towards this moment and I am really excited to be purchasing Renmark and Paringa’s only locally owned real estate agency. Real estate is a people business and I have shaped my career by relating to people. My previous career has enabled me to look at the bigger picture and adapt to everyone's unique situation differently,” Mr Willis said.
“I am ambitious and I want to take this business to the next level.”
Powered by market-leading digital technology and unmatched marketing support available from Ray White, Mr Willis is aiming to not only maintain Ray White Renmark | Paringa's share of the market but increase it over the coming 12 months.
“Ray White has made me the agent I am and will continue to grow into with its outstanding training opportunities, career progression support and technology. Making Ray White my home was a simple choice. It’s Australia's largest family owned real estate brand that makes you feel a part of the family.
“Being raised in a small town in the Mid North, the county is home so when I completed my Defence Force service in order to focus on raising a family the Riverland was a simple decision. It’s a beautiful area, surrounded by a beautiful community.
“I am glad Mark is staying on as a sales agent, he possesses knowledge and experience any agent would be envious of and he will continue to be an outstanding asset to not only Ray White Renmark Paringa but the greater Ray White family, ”Mr Willis said.
Ray White South Australia CEO Matthew Lindblom congratulated Mr Willis and said he was very excited to see him take the next step in his real estate career.
