Ray White South Australia CEO Matt Lindblom (pictured above) said the health and safety of our members, clients, and customers have and always will be our number one priority.
“We’ll adhere to all safe practice sales guidelines as issued by the South Australia Government,” Mr Lindblom said.
Ray White will revert to holding virtual property viewings only, with the consent of the client and property occupants, for example, the tenants.
“We have 52 scheduled auctions between Wednesday 18 November and Wednesday 25 November and we will work closely with our clients on pivoting back to the online model - a platform that worked so well for us previously,” Mr Lindblom said.
“We’re in a fortunate position to have continued the innovation for online auctions, so our vendors and buyers can take real confidence from previous successes.
“We’ve been in this position before and we’re well-versed in still delivering the highest level of customer service to our consumers in a safe and effective environment.
“We’ll continue to follow all state government guidelines and protocols and offer our members the support and tools they need to help them through the next few days.”
