A familiar face has opened a brand new office in Midland in the Swan Hills region of Perth, in partnership with Australia’s leading real estate brand.
Richard Lowenhoff, who has cemented his reputation as one of leading agents in the community, is thrilled to make the move into business ownership and launch Ray White Midland & Hills.
“I made my entrance into the industry in the year 2000, and actually spent a number of my formative years working in Ray White offices, so it is an exciting homecoming for me,” Mr Lowenhoff said.
Throughout this 20 year career, Mr Lowenhoff also worked as a mortgage broker with Ray White Financial Services, now known as Loan Market. His experience in finance and sales has given him a comprehensive understanding of the end to end process of operating an agency.
“Ten years ago, my wife Cassandra and I opened our own real estate agency and have built so many wonderful relationships in our region to become the go-to for real estate needs,” Mr Lowenhoff said.
“The branding and the corporate support from Ray White is second to none, which is why we decided to make the move.”
“Ray White remains the strongest by nailing the basics and constantly striving to do better,” he said.
The Lowenhoffs run a team of 11, with Richard heading up the sales division and Cassandra heading up the property management team. Along with the change of brand, the team have relocated to a brand new office in the heart of Midland.
Midland is the centrepoint for the Swan Hills region and a 30 minute drive from the Perth CBD, running along the foothills of the city.
“We are right on the boundary of the Swan Valley and have a wonderful lifestyle, which makes it a really popular place for people to move to,” Mr Lowenhoff said.
The area has a broad mix of housing, with apartments, villas and townhouses occupying the heart of Midland, and nearby are multimillion dollar acreage homes around the Hills.
“Everything you need is here and away from the hustle and bustle of the city, great restaurants, wineries, bike riding tracks, and plenty of good schools and amenities.”
Mr Lowenhoff grew up in the area and is now raising his own family in the Hills.
“We have a unique business operation, being a husband and wife duo. We bounce off each other and are fully across both departments of the business,” Mr Lowenhoff said.
“We are backed by a fantastic team who are full of local area knowledge and experience.”
The Lowenhoffs said that their first year with Ray White will be spent settling into the new premises, establishing growth under the new brand, and recruiting more excellent sales and property management staff.
Ray White WA CEO Mark Whiteman warmly welcomed the team into their new office.
