Market leading business owner opens a third Ray White office

DIRECTOR of Ray White Upper Coomera and Coomera Peter Catanzariti (pictured above) has expanded his northern Gold Coast offering by opening Ray White Pimpama.

Mr Catanzariti and his team are currently market leaders in the Pimpama area which he said has taken over both Upper Coomera and Coomera in terms of homes and population. The Ray White business owner said he made the decision to grow his business further because he saw it as the next logical step as the area grew.“We’re all locals and have watched the area grow and evolve, now Upper Coomera is a thriving suburb, Coomera and Pimpama have grown dramatically and our business has grown within the area,” Mr Catanzariti said.“Pimpama is one of the newest suburbs on the Gold Coast and it’s become a hub for owner occupiers to move to with infrastructure being poured into the suburb. There’s brand new schools, a new shopping centre and a lot of amenities such as restaurants, parks and a new sports centre.“The whole area is thriving and has become one of the biggest suburbs on the Gold Coast so it’s only natural that we expand to the area to better service those clients.”Ray White Upper Coomera agent and local Pimpama expert Jason Atkinson will head up the sales team at Ray White Pimpama, which Mr Catanzariti said will offer a boutique experience to clients similar to his existing offices.“We want to provide a specialised service coupled with all the capabilities of a large agency.
