TIGER Malan and Conner Malan are taking over the reins as joint managers of Ray White Mermaid Beach to drive the office forward in 2020.
The brothers have learned from the best - their dad Larry Malan who owns the successful Ray White Broadbeach agency nearby - about how to run a successful real estate team.
The Malans are on a mission.
The pair are both highly skilled, have great energy, optimism and possess the intrinsic motivation to become highly successful while maintaining the highest customer service possible.
“We love real estate. As proud second-generation agents we grew up immersed in this dynamic industry, so it was a natural progression for us to take over Ray White Mermaid Beach,” said the 27-year-old Conner Malan, a well known agent in Mermaid Beach already.
“The intention is from an office level to tap into the growing demand for an agency with a core focus of digital marketing leadership and innovative systems based approach.”
The pair are looking to build a team of agents that understand there ”are newer and better ways to service our customers through targeted marketing and machine learning support added onto the extensive training and service that Ray White offers”.
Tiger Malan said they were looking to create a more well rounded team that focused on physical and mental wellbeing as a primary pillar as well as financial improvement.
“Our office culture will support time off as well as time on, as well as a bond between working teams, we want to have some fun while serving our community,” said the 31-year-old.
“The major point of difference in our market is that we are young and we want to build a team that kicks a lot of goals and is known as a fun place to work.
“We have all the technology and use the database model and we have hired a full-time videographer to create social media content and property profiles. We are fresh, driven by technology and backed by the strength of the Ray White brand.”
While the front doors may still be shut due to the COVID-19 restrictions, Ray White Mermaid Beach is still very much “open for business” from next week.
