    A strong commitment to personal and professional growth has seen three key employees promoted at Ray White Canberra to newly created executive positions.

    The leading group continues to expand and deliver on its mission to be the “best place in the world to build a career in real estate”.

    General Manager of Property Management Lisa Hyland (pictured above) has been elevated to Chief Operating Officer of the Ray White Canberra Group.

    Ms Hyland’s career in real estate started in 2001, and she joined Ray White Canberra in 2017. Her commitment to the company’s values, strong work ethic and hunger to grow saw her advance into leadership roles over this time.

    Ray White Canberra Chairman and Founder Ben Faulks (pictured above) said he was proud of Lisa Hyland’s journey to date and looked forward to the future with her at the helm.

    This role has created a path for Scott Jackson, founder of the Ray White Canberra Group, to step up to Head of Performance.

    Mr Jackson (pictured above) said his passion for mentoring and coaching agents/teams of all levels was stronger than ever. “The Ray White Group provides the technology and tools to access real-time data. However, the human connection of meeting with every agent each week will turn the dial on their businesses and, in turn, the company’s market share across Canberra,” Mr Jackson said.

    Elsewhere, Georgie Parry (pictured above) said she had fallen into the dream job as Head of People and Culture after five years with the business.

    The leading Canberra agency focuses not only on customer experience but the employee experience. “Despite rapid growth over the last two years, we want our team to feel a part of something and that they belong,” Ms Parry said.

    Mr Faulks says the new positions were another exciting step in the company’s growth and journey. He was proud and fortunate to be able to promote internally and have a strong female presence driving the business and within the leadership group.
