In a seamless transition, two of Ray White’s finest business owners have agreed to effectively swap offices and business names.
With more than 21 years experience in real estate, Ray White Broadbeach | Broadbeach Waters owner Larry Malan (pictured above) is now the proud new owner of Ray White Mermaid Beach too.
Gary Gannon has sold his Mermaid Beach sales business and has relocated his property management team to the Mermaid Waters location once owned by Larry Malan which he will continue to operate going forward.
For Mr Malan, it was a natural step to expand into neighbouring Mermaid Beach and continue to see Ray White service that idyllic coastal community.
With his team now stretching from the southern part of the Gold Coast to central, Mr Malan said he was excited to be able to offer his customers more exposure and greater coverage.
“We now have the opportunity to extend our reach and expertise, plus our property offering has increased substantially,” Mr Malan said.
“We have specialists in every area covering apartments, residential waterfront and beachfront properties.”
Mr Malan, who started in real estate in 1998, has owned the dominant Ray White Broadbeach franchise since 2011 which has been a long standing, award-winning business both in the community and among the broader Ray White Group.
“The depth and experience of our team is like no other and we’re lucky to have so many quality agents ,” Mr Malan said.
“We have a number of top 10 Ray White Queensland agents working in our offices so there’s lots to learn from the combined years of experience.”
