SUPERSTAR principal Josh Tesolin of Ray White Quakers Hill has won RateMyAgent’s No. 1 agent award for a third year in a row.
Mr Tesolin burst onto the real estate sales scene six years ago and at just 26 years old, he’s already amassed a trophy cabinet full of awards. In his first full year in business ownership the dynamic principal Mr Tesolin won the coveted award for Top Principal for number of sales both in NSW and ACT and also No. 1 Internationally for number of sales.
This year, Ray White Quakers Hill also ranked third nationally for top agency of the year through RateMyAgent. While last year, Mr Tesolin alone sold a record-breaking 350 homes. No one single agent at any agency in Australia has ever sold that many properties in one year.
According to RateMyAgent, last night’s win also puts Mr Tesolin in the top five per cent of agents in the country.
“Obviously there's a lot of award ranking systems out there that rank you, sometimes based on commission or on sales. This one means a lot because it’s from clients’ feedback,” Mr Tesolin said.“It’s your customers’ experiences and they are sharing how happy they are with the sale of their home with their agent.“It ranks you based on a RateMyAgent score, how many properties you sell and how many reviews you receive. I had 95 per cent happy vendors, with no negative reviews.”
Mr Tesolin put the win down to hard work, teamwork and a commitment to do the best for every one of his clients.“I work seven days a week, 18 hours a day and I've got a fantastic team. I’m obviously the one on the front line who negotiates the prospects and sells, but I've got fantastic support on the backend,” he said.“I think having a good agency and working with good people helps enormously. The Ray White network has got a fantastic family name and obviously has got years and years of a great reputation.“And what builds trust over time is having results and Ray White’s got that as well as myself and my team.“Our market share went from 20 per cent last year to almost 50 per cent in Quakers Hill. People really trust that when you have a good experience, and the signboards are everywhere, that they're the ones to go to.”The award-winning Quakers Hill principal is on track to beat all his records this year, already selling 45 properties in just 41 days, while his office has sold 78 properties in total.“It's funny, how I was going last year comes up on my Facebook memories and I'm literally five sales ahead from where I was last year so it's looking good even though the market is tougher. We're putting a lot longer hours in and getting the results still which is great,” Mr Tesolin said.“There's a lot more hesitation from buyers this year, with pending rate increases, a lot of people are waiting. There's more stock on the market so buyers are shopping around a bit more because they've got more choice.“But at the end of the day, that's just part and parcel with real estate in any market. It's like a roller coaster, it's up or down.“Properties still need to be sold and us as agents, we've still got to make the deal happen. So we're just rolling with the punches and getting through day by day.”RateMyAgent co-founder and executive director Mark Armstrong congratulated all of the 2022 winners and nominees and said the 2021 Agent of The Year Awards gave the industry the opportunity to celebrate all their success.Congratulations to all other Ray White Group members across the country on their individual suburb level awards.
