Experienced real estate professional Jacquelynn Watson has joined the recently established Balgowlah office of Australasia’s largest property group Ray White.
The Allambie Heights resident has achieved an outstanding sales history in Sydney’s lower northern beaches region during a career spanning almost 15 years.
Ms Watson joins forces with Ray White Balgowlah owners Andrew White and Melissah Douglas, the two long term managers within the Ray White Group who opened the Sydney Road agency in July last year.
“Jacquelynn has a proven track record in the northern beaches for achieving above and beyond her clients expectations and we’re delighted she has joined Ray White Balgowlah,” Mr White said.
Ms Watson said: “I’m proud to be aligned with the Ray White Group and I am working hard with Andrew and Melissah to help drive Ray White Balgowlah forward.”
Ms Watson has already secured some key listings and has a Brookvale apartment owned by the CEO of leading office fitout company Amicuc Interiors Australia and author, Andrew Holder, going to auction next month.
Mr Holder, whose novel ‘Reflections of a Modern Man’ explores the parallels between running a business and raising a family, is selling a two bedroom, two bathroom property at 9/23b Pine Avenue, Brookvale.
“This is a stylish apartment in a tightly held boutique block which is conveniently positioned near pristine beaches, green parks and local shops, with buses within walking distance,” Ms Watson said.
“The apartment exudes an inviting homely ambience with spacious bedrooms and living areas and a sun-soaked terrace ideal for entertaining.”
The apartment will be auctioned on-site from 12 noon (AEDT) on Saturday, March 21, 2015.
