Kate Smith and Sherrie Stow have joined forces with Bianca Denham, creating a formidable alliance that promises to reshape coastal property services in the western suburbs.

Kate Smith has been synonymous with Lefevre Peninsula real estate for over 25 years.

Kate Smith has achieved remarkable results over her career, consistently breaking sales records, including selling more properties and breaking more suburb records in the Lefevre Peninsula than any other agent.

"Kate and I have known each other for a very long time, we've trained together, honed our skills, and watched our families grow," says Sherrie Stow, who is merging her established property management business into the Semaphore partnership.

"Since 2019, we've worked alongside each other, and this alignment with Bianca represents the natural evolution of our shared vision."

The timing reflects both opportunity and strategy. While the trio has long admired each other's work ethic and like-minded approach to client service, the decision to unite under the Ray White banner was driven by a commitment to delivering even greater value to their clients.

"Being independent is hard," Kate Smith acknowledges. "I recognised that my clients deserve access to the exceptional training, support, technology and resources that come with being part of the Ray White network. It's definitely the brand piece – being part of a group that provides invaluable support not just to us, but that directly supports our clients."

"This partnership allows us all to keep moving forward together and see what we can truly achieve."

Bianca Denham welcomes the partnership as a perfect fit for Ray White Semaphore's latest chapter and growth trajectory.

"This is an alignment of like minds. Kate and Sherrie bring incredible expertise, established relationships, and an authentic understanding of coastal lifestyle that perfectly complements our vision," she said.

The merged team will operate from Ray White Semaphore, combining Kate's sales excellence, Sherrie's property management expertise, and Bianca's established industry leadership.

Together, they bring deep community roots, with team members who live and breathe the western suburbs lifestyle and understand precisely what coastal buyers seek in Adelaide's most sought-after seaside real estate.

Ray White South Australian CEO Matt Lindblom said he was thrilled to welcome Sherrie and Kate to the long-standing business.

The Ray White Semaphore business is one of continued curiosity, ambition and excellence in all facets of real estate.

Ray White’s unique technology for the betterment of their customers, and having a professional office environment where all team members can thrive.

“I look forward to seeing Sherrie, Kate and Bianca, with the whole Ray White Semaphore team, surpass the high standards that they have set for themselves, as they continue to excel and flourish in Adelaide’s luxury real estate market place.”
