The Illawarra and South Coast offices dominated the Ray White Group’s annual state awards taking out five of the top 10 regional offices in NSW.

Helensburgh took out the number one regional office, with Shellharbour Village ranked second, Kiama fourth, Nowra fifth and Shellharbour City ranked tenth. They were in competition with offices across the state: from Bourke to Byron Bay to Bega.

Director’s Simon Beaufils of Helensburgh, Neil Campbell of Gerringong and Greg Burbidge of Narooma were named the fifth, seventh and eighth best-performing regional principals in NSW.

Helensburgh agents, Ron Kissell and Rowan Impey were named the number one and two regional sales people in the state.

“It’s no surprise that our Illawarra and South Coast offices were amongst our top performers. To dominate the regional ranks out of our 265-strong state network is an enormous achievement,” says Stephen Nell, CEO Ray White NSW.

Kiama and Dapto both received awards for excellence in property management and the Kiama office were awarded The Choice Award, for receiving the highest rating in the state of NSW based on client feedback.

“The inaugural Choice Award recognises the office with the best customer reputation as rated by clients. Ray White Kiama, the winners, have illustrated their dedication to strong communication, results and care for their vendors in the community,” Mr Nell explains.

A testament to the strength of the offices in the region, several employees were also recognised in the tenure awards. Rodney Stone of North Beach Wollongong was recognised for 15 years service. Julia Walker, Michele Lay, Jan Collyer, Melinda Budd and Sharon Ford of Kiama, Karl Neuschwanger, Sharon Stylis and Chris Stylis of Wollongong, Clinton Richardson of Shellharbour City and Ben Cohen of Shellharbour Oak Flats Group were all honoured for 10 years service.

“These tenure awards recognise our greatest asset - our people,” Mr Nell concludes.
