The Ray White Grafton team, headed by managing director Jake Kroehnert, have brought auctions to an area not commonly associated with the sales method. The in-room event was a huge success with $6.304 million worth of property transacted, 50 buyers registering to bid and a clearance rate of 65 per cent.

The top sale of the night was 8 Babinda Court, Grafton (pictured above) which sold for $745,000 with three of the four registered bidders throwing their hat in the ring.

Ray White NSW | ACT state auctioneer Perry Edmondson-Clark (pictured above) conducted the auctions in conjunction with Daniel Kelly of Ray White Yamba.

“It was a pleasure to be involved in Grafton’s biggest ever auction event,” Mr Perry Edmondson-Clark said.

“To be able to have 20 properties go to auction in one night is a great achievement by the team and with 65 per cent selling under the hammer and more deals due to coming together shortly afterwards, it’s a great sign of the current strength in the Grafton marketplace.”
