Rod Nolan and Adam Iken have joined forces to open the brand new Ray White Nolan & Iken Riverstone, and will celebrate with a housewarming party at their historic office at 6 Riverstone Parade Riverstone - which was The Old Paper Shop back in 1928.
Bringing together over 30 years of valuable industry experience, and the resources of the country’s biggest brand in real estate Ray White Nolan & Iken Riverstone aim to deliver a customer focused force to the Riverstone community.
A former Blacktown local, Adam is keen to sink his teeth into the Riverstone market which he has come to love, while local Rod brings a wealth of local knowledge and know how to the partnership, and intend on delivering their clients with the ultimate buying or selling experience.
Rod is well known in the local communities of Blacktown and the Hills, thanks to the time he continues to dedicate to the community in organising social events and fundraising activities for the local schools, clubs and associations.
His impressive career has seen him use his extensive community and industry knowledge to deliver a customer centric and results driven approach for each and every client of his, with an array of awards to show for it.
Adam brings with him a reputation as one of Blacktown districts most respected and successful real estate agents, and his personalised face to face dedication to each and every customer has seen him also secure a number of industry awards.

The pair intend to combine this strength together with their skills and local knowledge to embed Ray White Nolan & Iken Riverstone in the community by supporting the local schools, sporting associations and the local talent which Riverstone continues to produce.
“We have several listings at the moment, and our goal is to continue to build these and get our name out there!” said Rod.
The Ray White Nolan & Iken Riverstone team will operate across the Schofields, The Ponds, Quakers Hill, Kellyville, Rouse Hill and Riverstone areas.
“We intend to bring a fresh approach using new and innovative technology and marketing to an area which we are seeing starting to redevelop, with many new homes being built within the area and the outskirts, thanks to the upcoming North West rail link, ” said Rod.
“We want to be a part of the changing landscape, and truly embed the Ray White brand into the area.”
Ray White Nolan & Iken Riverstone will hold a housewarming party to mark the opening of the new office on the of 3rd December 2015 at 6 Riverstone Parade Riverstone from 5pm to 7pm.
The team are also getting into the festive season with a Christmas lights display competition, and the community’s best light displays will win fantastic prizes.
