"I’m the luckiest woman in the world. They built me a house as before I was living without running water. I used to shower in a clam, I had shower hooked up to a battery,” Ms Taylor said.

“I've always said I'm the luckiest woman in Australia. I have a brand new home that is spectacular.”

Ms Taylor’s home was built for her courtesy of a hit reality TV show in 2017.

“I am forever grateful but it is time to move on due to family commitments as my children are all growing up,” she said.

“The house is absolutely beautiful if I could pick it up and take it with me I would. I am going to miss the peaceful surrounds. I love the watersports on the lake and riding bikes has made amazing memories for my boys.

“The house has the best outdoor entertaining area, so going to miss it. How’s the serenity?!”

Ray White Ballarat principal Phillip Lee said Lake Fyans was a recreational lake surrounded by farms and bushland.

“Halls Gap just down the road which is a great tourist destination at the base of the Grampians National Park. Lots of waterfalls close by for a day out along with recreational sports including kayaking, water skiing and fishing on Lake Fyans,” he said.
