High performer opens doors in Auburn

With 18 years of real estate experience, a slew of awards and accolades, Sezer Yunus has partnered with Australasia’s largest property group to open Ray White Auburn in Western Sydney.

After growing up in Auburn and its surroundings, Mr Yunus started his career in real estate straight out of high school and has now sold more than 5000 properties.

“I believe in the power of having a strong group name behind you in real estate, and Ray White is the best brand on offer particularly in Sydney,” Mr Yunus said.

“I also have many friends with Ray White who couldn’t speak more highly of the group, and I have worked with CEO Andrew McCulloch for many years.”

At the young age of 28, he became the owner of a leading real estate office in the area. He also spent a few years working as national manager and mentor for an international property company, training thousands of agents in Turkey and the Middle East.

“I am a Turkish-Australian and I speak Arabic, which puts me in great stead with the large middle eastern community here in Western Sydney,” he said.

Mr Yunus was also well-known as a professional soccer player for the local team, which has helped him further build connections over the years.

“I have grown up here and still live here; I absolutely love it here,” Mr Yunus said.

“It is a very multicultural region, with many families from Turkey and the Middle East, China and Vietnam,”

“Auburn and greater Western Sydney is growing rapidly, with great schools, the proximity to Olympic Park and an excellent train service into the city,” he said.

Mr Yunus said that there is something for everyone in Auburn, with a mixture of larger family homes, as well as apartment blocks and townhouse developments.

“The average price of a property at the moment is around $1 million, and we are currently selling properties within one week of hitting the market.

Mr Yunus and the Ray White Auburn team are set to hit the ground running, with his sister working alongside him in property management as well as three more experienced agents joining him.

“We are a young dynamic team, who are bi-lingual to ensure we can fully service the needs of our community,” he said.

“Partnering with Ray White also means we will become the strongest brand in the area, which will really help increase our market share.”

The team will implement a strong digital marketing strategy, as well as getting out and meeting more of the local community to let them know they are open and ready for business.

Ray White New South Wales CEO Andrew McCulloch welcomed Mr Yunus and the team to the group.
