Grand opening of Ray White Chelsea
Ray White Chelsea is proud to host its grand opening today at 5pm.
Chelsea, located on Port Phillip, is the most important bayside Melbourne suburban centre between Mordialloc and Frankston.
The team has invited key personnel who’ve had a close involvement with the successful start to the business so far and people who are part of the future.
These include their builders, developers and key clients and suppliers.
Newly minted Victorian Senator Ralph Babet is also attending the function.
Recently returned from Canberra, the former real estate agent will officially open the business on the red carpet.
Owners Shane O’Sughrue and James Aldinger are the driving force behind Ray White Chelsea.
Ray White Chelsea Principal James Aldinger said the event was to formally and officially open the office.
“We have such a strong, fantastic circle of successful and influential people around us who support our business and are a part of such an amazing start,” he said.
After starting his career in the prestige automotive industry, Mr O’Sughrue has been immersed in the real estate industry for many years.
He had always had an interest in real estate, buying his first property at the age of 18.
Mr O’Sughrue, was now one of the top real estate agents in the Chelsea area, winning RateMyAgent five years in a row for postcode 3197 and becoming one of REB’s top 50 agents in Australia.
Mr Aldinger started his career in real estate with Ray White in 1996, after studying a business marketing degree.
At 21 he became the sales manager and was offered a share in the business. Soon after, Mr Aldinger left to start his own business, but has always remained involved with Ray White.
He said it made sense to team up with Mr O’Sughrue and open Ray White Chelsea.
The duo have plans to grow their sales and property management businesses and continue to build a high-performing team.
