Get to know Ray White Woody Point's gun Property Management Business Development Manager Hayley Stever.
How does your usual day look?
Fast paced and no two days are the same. My day involves a lot of phone calls and face to face appointments as well as flyer dropping, direct mail outs and open homes.
What do you enjoy most about being with Ray White Property Management? What makes PM different?
I really enjoy establishing relationships and being able to support our clients through their investment journey.
What are your go-to property marketing methods that you present to your clients?
Firstly professional photography including digital walk throughs and virtual inspections. Realestate.com.au, Domain.com.au, our Ray White websites along with 12 other property websites. We’ll also advertise through our social media channels using Be Seen and Instagram.
Tell me about a unique success story?
For the month of October we were fortunate enough to be appointed to manage 50 properties for a number of new landlords. We are really proud of this growth and it is testament to the hard work we have all been doing over the last six months.
What’s the one thing you know now, that you wish you knew when you first started out?
The impact a good quality tenant has on the owners return on investment.
What is your outlook for your core markets over the next 12 months?
The Moreton Bay region is geographically safe and not densely populated and as people evolve into new ways of working from home and less dependent on the CBD. I think we’ll see a lot of pressure on vacancy availability with tenants in competition for property and hopefully that translates into improved rent and conditions for our investors.
