Australasia’s largest property group, Ray White, is donating a free residential real estate sales campaign as a prize to assist with the fund raising efforts for the Boys Campus of the Northern Beaches Secondary College.
The Balgowlah college is hosting its major fundraising event known as the Bally Trivia Night on Friday, August 21.
Ray White Balgowlah Directors Andrew White and Melissah Douglas have donated a commission free property sales campaign, valued at more than $40,000, to be offered at the fundraising event.
“We are very excited to be offering a free sales campaign as a prize at the Bally Trivia Night,” Mr White said.
“This will be auctioned on ebay and we are delighted that all of the money raised will go to the school.”
Ms Douglas said the prize winner’s property must be located in Manly, Fairlight, Balgowlah, Balgowlah Heights, Clontarf, Seaforth, North Balgowlah, North Manly, Manly Vale, Queenscliff or Freshwater.
“The sales campaign includes all consultations on the sales method, all open homes, negotiation and solicitor liaison, database marketing and marketing on all the portals of the Ray White Group, including China-based portals,” she said.
Ms Douglas said the prize winner must sign an agency agreement within 12 months of the auction and the prize is transferrable to a family member, while real estate agents are ineligible.
“We are ready to throw the expertise and resources of our team at Ray White Balgowlah into this campaign,” she said.
Ray White Balgowlah has made a strong impact on the northern beaches property market since the agency was established last year.
“Genuine, honest, upfront and friendly,” said clients Chloe and Tom of Fairlight in a recent testimonial.
“They treated us with respect and maintained open and honest communication and rose to the challenge.”
