Well known Central Brisbane realtor, Stephen Pahl will take the next steps of his highly successful career, joining Ray White Brisbane CBD Residential this month.
Most recently Stephen Pahl has been working in the Brisbane inner suburban and CBD area as an independent agent for RE/MAX, together with his son Liam.
Stephen made his industry strides in the regional economic development and destination marketing industry early in his career. So much so that now, the realtor has become synonymous with a high service ethic.
Stephen has a sound reputation in offering well informed, timely advice to his clients not only in Queensland, but from interstate and overseas. It is this work ethic and knowledge that he has imparted on son, Liam.
“We bring to the table the ability to not only effectively market property, but to market the lifestyle of the unique urban environment that is Brisbane,” Stephen said.
This approach has earned him considerable accolades, having regularly ranked in the top ten agents nationally, and top 100 agents out of 94,000 agents internationally.
“Liam and I want to reach a new level. We felt that not having a direct presence in the CBD was inhibiting our potential to grow our business into the top end of the market, which is where we are aiming,” he said.
“We also wanted to continue on as a father and son team and allow Liam to start building his own client base and making his own sales."
To allow for this to happen and to consolidate their position in the CBD and inner suburban Brisbane market, Stephen and Liam decided they needed to a CBD office with a dominating brand presence.
