Family business expands to Bowen

A successful family-owned real estate group in Townsville have expanded their business to Bowen, with a focus on both sales and property management.

Owners of Ray White Townsville and Living Here Townsville, Helen Munro (Director), Errol Munro (Principal of Ray White Townsville) and Tracy Crome (Principal of Living Here Townsville) are a family owned and run business.

Although operating under the separate banners of Ray White and Living Here, they work together to create an all-encompassing real estate business, whereby you get your sales service from Ray White and property management service through Living Here.

The family made the collective decision to expand both the Ray White and Living Here services to Bowen.

“As a family, we not only run business together, we invest together, and we’ve made investments into the Bowen property market.

“We felt that Bowen could benefit from a new face in real estate and having a vested interest in the property market, we understand what buyers, sellers and landlords need from their real estate agents,” Tracy Crome explains.

The family have confidence in the future of Bowen and believe within the next two years the property market will improve dramatically.

Local sales agent, Vicki Beath, joins Ray White and is working closely with Tracy and the Living Here team to offer the residents of Bowen two services: sales and property management.

For the family, they have a single goal in mind: to offer a new way of real estate to the community of Bowen.
