THE real estate professionals at Ray White Mount Barker are excited to be expanding into nearby Strathalbyn in the beautiful Fleurieu Peninsula of South Australia.

Strathalbyn, just 50 minutes from Adelaide, is equal parts charm and history with a delicious dose of incredible local produce and wine.

It’s famous for its country-style produce markets, boutique shops, and beautiful heritage buildings in the historic main streets.

After three years in business ownership, Directors Ryan Keatley, Andrew Dickson, and Anna Koch are looking forward to bringing Australia’s best-known household brand to their beloved Strathalbyn.

Born and bred in the Adelaide Hills, Ryan Keatley has an extensive network within the local Strathalbyn community.

After a long career in the mining industry, the Keatleys moved to Strathalbyn 12 years ago and have never looked back.

“I've been working in real estate and living in Strathalbyn for the last 12 years and I love this community. It’s known as a gateway region to the boutique Langhorne Creek wine region and Fleurieu Peninsula, and some of the state’s most breathtaking beaches and wineries,” he said.

“We all have local knowledge and Strathalbyn has it all - from residential stock to farming and lifestyle properties. There are lots of new businesses moving in too, it’s a growth area.

“We have always been working in Strathalbyn and we are familiar. People will have seen our signboards but we're excited to be opening the doors now.”

Andrew Dickson has been in the real estate industry for more than 10 years and always had the ambition of opening a business in Strathalbyn.

“We have been waiting for the right opportunity to come up in Strathalbyn, it’s always been in the long-term planning for us and I'm so excited to see it all come together,” Mr Dickson said.

“We have a highly experienced sales team and property management is in the capable hands of our partner Anna Koch.”

As the Director of Property Management with Ray White Mount Barker and Strathalbyn, Ms Koch is a landlord herself and knows what it takes to manage investment properties; having worked in property management for over 12 years.

Ms Koch’s role within this well-established company is not only to continue its growth but more importantly to achieve expectations and deliver outstanding service to all their clients.

“Whether you're considering investing in your first property or expanding your portfolio, we can help you,” she said.

The Ray White team has been sponsoring the Strathalbyn Strikers, and they are keen to support more local community groups.

Ray White South Australia and Northern Territory CEO Matt Lindblom said he was very excited about the opening of the Ray White Strathalbyn office, led by Ryan and Andrew, with their award-winning team.

“With Ryan Keatley and Josh Bagley both living locally in Strathalbyn, I know they have been really looking forward to this for some time now, and will continue to service the needs of the local community and their clients,” Mr Lindblom said.
