Experienced agents bring wealth of knowledge to new Paradise business

The pair have built a strong relationship that spans over eight years. It started with the two of them working alongside each other in a sales team dynamic and has since progressed into focusing on their leadership attributes and empowering the next generation of sales professionals.

“I have spent the last four years growing a team of my own and take great satisfaction out of mentoring and helping other people, so opening my own business was a natural next step for me,” Mr Borrelli said.

“Jason and I work very well together and have experienced tremendous amounts of growth and collaboration alongside each other.

“This level of trust and support holds a very important part of our ongoing progression and success.”

With a team of six across sales and admin, and the resources and backing of a proven business model, the pair plan to grow the business and expand into both property management and finance.

Mr Spagnuolo said he has set out to achieve organic growth within the business, and to create an environment they’re really proud of.

“The training, support and infrastructure we have in place stems from our desire to constantly push boundaries and exceed results. I’m really excited to watch our team flourish in this new chapter, ” he said.

“We are determined and passionate about entrenching ourselves in that north eastern community, it’s where we both grew up.

Approachable, honest and hardworking are the three attributes Mr Borrelli and Mr Spagnuolo want their business and team to be known for.

Mr Borrelli said he was honoured to be opening a business with Ray White.
