BLUE chip residential agent Nic Krasnostein of Ray White Double Bay has been invited in by the owners of a luxurious world class boutique hotel in Victoria to help market their magnificent property on the world stage.

In conjunction with hotel specialists HTL Property, Mr Krasnostein said Campbell Point House at 181-199 Matthews Rd, Leopold was a masterpiece of architecture with its eight suites comprising 15 rooms, an infinity edge swimming pool, a day spa, 5-star restaurant, wine bar, tennis court, jetty and an approved helicopter landing site on almost 15ha.

“I was referred to the owners of Campbell Point House by a mutual acquaintance to assist the owners identify and execute the best strategy to sell their asset. I was recommended on the basis of my results and experience in navigating the sales process over the last 15 years,” said the elite agent Mr Krasnostein (pictured here).

“The asset class and geographical location meant for me to ensure an optimal result I had to introduce and work in conjunction with the best hotel sales team in Australasia. For me, it was an easy decision to align with HTL Property. Our combined reach and reputation will only enhance the process.”Ray White Double Bay is known as one of the strongest offices in Australia and is renowned for being involved in most of Sydney's Eastern Suburbs significant sales.

Mr Krasnostein agreed it was unusual for a residential agent to market a commercial property some 1000kms away from his office.

“This is a first for me, traveling interstate to show prospective purchasers a property on offer and I couldn't be more excited to start this trend. I actually haven't seen many residential agents in Australia selling interstate. It is far from the norm, however when you look globally at the top performers, quite often they are selling across European cities, or between Miami, New York and LA,” Mr Krasnostein said.

“There is no reason we can't emulate that model locally. As asset prices across the nation continue to soar and there is more at stake for owners.

“Clients are looking for reputable agents, offering a high quality of service and unrivalled execution. The days of discount fees and quick sales are in my opinion, becoming less important than confidence in their representation. I hope that this broader reach may become more frequent.“

This collaboration will set a benchmark for Ray White Double Bay, and the Ray White Group, the number one agency across Australasia.

“Since joining Elliott Placks, Managing Director at Ray White Double Bay two years ago, I have been encouraged by his continual commitment to improve and change the way we do things.”

HTL Property Directors Nic Simarro and Andrew Jolliffe, along with Nic Krasnostein of Ray White Double Bay, have exclusively listed the ultra luxury accommodation property for sale by international expressions of interest, closing March 17, 2021.

The property was originally built as the vendor’s family home, before being transformed into luxury lodging specialising in high-end accommodation, weddings and events.

HTL Property has sold numerous luxury accommodation properties including Byron Bay’s world famous Rae’s at Wategos Beach, Victor Harbor’s Wirrina Cove in South Australia and Wildman River Lodge in the Northern Territory.
