Elite agent joins Ray White Castle Hill

RAY WHITE Castle Hill has welcomed top performer and Elite Ray White agent Faz Najmi (pictured above) to their award winning sales team.

Mr Najmi began his real estate career 12 years ago with Ray White New Zealand. The superstar seller quickly rose up the ranks to become one of the country’s top Ray White agents. The born and bred Kiwi has now moved to north west Sydney to be closer to family.

Mr Najmi credits his success to his hard work, communication skills and the support of Australasia’s largest real estate group.

“I’ve been with Ray White from the start because they have the right tools to get me where I want to be and I know they will support me,” Mr Najmi said.

“I also value good communication and all my clients can expect professional and reliable service from me.

“Not only this but I also have a strong background in negotiation skills and am an experienced agent in all sale methods, especially auctions.”

The Elite agent will focus on a patch of Castle Hill properties, similar to his sales area in New Zealand, that range from $850,000 to $1 million. Mr Najmi said at its foundation, real estate between the two countries is largely the same and highly recommends auctions as a great way to transact for both buyers and sellers.

“I personally feel it’s a transparent sales method that is great for vendors and buyers. It also creates competition leading to premium prices for sellers,” he said.

“There is an unconditional contract with no hidden surprises for either party and it’s important to give people a timeframe so vendors know that in a month their house will be sold and they can get on with their lives.”
