Local inner west agent, David Eastway is the platinum sponsor for the Kegworth Public School Autumn F.A.R.E on Sunday, 6 April 2014.
The F.A.R.E is the school’s biggest fundraising event of the year and is a local celebration of food, arts, rides and entertainment.
Hosting a stall on the day, Mr Eastway will be raffling off three prizes on the day: an iPad, movie tickets and a Ray White bicycle.
A long-time member of the inner west community, Mr Eastway regularly sponsors school initiatives in area.
"One of the greatest joys I get out of my job is helping someone achieve the next stage in their life. Being an active member of the Leichhardt community is a great way for me to get to know people, truly understand their wants and needs and help them achieve this.
"When you support the community they support you!" says Mr Eastway.
The Kegworth F.A.R.E.was established five years ago and has raised $140,000 for the school which has been used to buy electronic whiteboards, playground equipment, air-conditioning, books and support the music program.
“Not only will it be a great day out for local residents, it’s a fantastic cause. Investing in the future of our local schools is so important and I’m thrilled to be a part of the day,” says Mr Eastway.
The Autumn F.A.R.E brings parents, teachers, students and the local community together. The day runs from 9am to 3pm on Sunday, 6 April 2014.
