After a successful marketing campaign, construction is set to begin for the Sutherland Shire’s newest development, Union Place, Jannali with a construction launch event being held on Saturday, 26 November with some fantastic developer incentives being offered.
Replacing the iconic Jannali Inn, Union Place will feature 89 luxury apartments across seven levels, with a new family-friendly bar and bistro on the ground floor.
Ray White Projects Director, Eddie Mansour said the construction launch event was designed to bring the Jannali community together.
“We hit pre-sale targets earlier than anticipated and construction will now commence before the end of November. The launch event is an opportunity to come together as a community and celebrate what Union Place offers. The bistro will be a place for locals to relax, unwind and entertain in the stylish courtyard areas,” he said.
Construction will begin through developer, White & Partners with completion anticipated for the mid 2018. White & Partners have been part of many residential projects across Australia and have a proven track record delivering quality projects to the market.
With $40 million worth of property already sold in the complex, Mr Mansour said it wasn’t too late to snap up an apartment.
“We’ve had strong sales success since launching to market and there’s a great selection of apartments still available. The launch event will also give local families and buyers the opportunity to secure one of the remaining apartments and potentially receive a generous developer incentive
“A highly sought after apartment type are the cleverly designed three bedroom units which are north facing and located on the top floors, perfect for downsizers looking for low-maintenance living,” he said.
Prices on remaining residences start from $679,000. The interiors throughout the two and three bedroom residences on offer open plan living, with high end finishes.
“The apartments are designed by international award-winning architects, Mijollo. They epitomise luxury living and the multiple communal courtyards provide stylish options to entertain and unwind,” Mr Mansour added.
Two buyers of Union Place apartments, Matt Weeks and Andrew McGrath both agreed the development was a compelling offering for the area and said there are few properties that come to market in the vicinity. Excited that construction is set to begin, the two friends said the location of Union Place was a big selling point for them.
The launch event will be held on Saturday, 26 November at 557 Box Road, Jannali from 11am - 1pm. The day will include developer incentives, a lucky door prize, supplied food and beverages including hot dogs and gelato and an update on the progress of the project. Mr Mansour explained that it is also an opportunity for the local community to come and see the revitalisation of the Jannali Inn.
“The Inn will reopen as “The Union” and will set the benchmark for an upmarket family bistro in Jannali, which will further enhance this emerging suburb in the Sutherland Shire,” Mr Mansour concluded.
