The team at Ray White Lower North Shore is painting their local community yellow as one of the major sponsors for the 2014 Crows Nest Festival.
Director of Ray White Lower North Shore, Danny Grant, says the festival is an established event on the local calendar.
“This year the festival celebrates its 25th anniversary - it’s a well known and loved day for the Crows Nest community.
“More than 40,000 people are expected this year. It’s a day where the entire community comes together to celebrate and we’re proud to be involved,” he said.
The Ray White marquee will host a ‘pass the footy’ competition and those who participate will go in the draw to win one of Ray White’s iconic yellow bikes and an iPad mini.
“Our bikes have become hugely popular with the community. Although traditionally seen in the window of our Crows Nest office, we thought it’s about time you started to see them around the town,” Danny said.
Ray White Lower North Shore comprise of two offices located at Crows Nest and Neutral Bay.
“Although we’ve got separate offices, we operate as one team which has given us an edge in the marketplace. We’re one of the top sales offices within Ray White NSW as well as internationally,” Danny explains.
Danny, along with his fellow directors Kingsley Yates, Shane Slater and Peter Matthews, have between them more than 70 years of targeted Lower North Shore real estate experience.
“We’ve built our team on local knowledge. We pride ourselves on our office culture, which encourages all agents to work together.
“This culture has meant that many of our staff members have worked with us for over 20 years,” Danny concludes.
The 2014 Crows Nest Festival will be held on saturday 19 October and features an abundance of stalls, music, rides and community engagement.
