TOP Brisbane performer Chrese Morley has come home to Ray White.

The elite agent has just re-joined Alexander Shean and Damon Warat at Ray White Ascot some 15 years after she started in the river city’s blue chip dress circle location.

The top agent started her sales career with Ray White Ascot in 2007 and she’s excited to be rejoining Australasia’s largest property group in partnership with two of the best in the business in an area with limitless potential.

Ms Morley packs an incredible amount of energy and passion into her role. She has a strong reputation for top sales results and outstanding marketing programs after selling hundreds of properties in Brisbane.

“I know Ray White has the one of the best platforms in the industry, and I love the synergies and collaboration that comes from more than 15 years of friendship with Alex and Damon.

“Where else do you go when you are at the top of your game? You go home!”

Ms Morley is well known in Ascot, Clayfield, Nundah and Hendra for her customer service centric focus and strong community involvement.

“It’s like back to the future for me, and it’s 2007 again when I started at Ray White! It’s been such an easy decision to make, I have always liked Dwight Ferguson who I first worked for and the whole team. My husband Keith Mahon and I have two sons too and we have long admired the family values at Ray White,” She said.

“Family business is very important to us and I love the idea of coming back to where it all began for me in my property journey.”

Ray White Ascot Principal Damon Warat said Chrese Morley was known as an open and honest communicator with dynamic negotiation skills.

“Chrese and I used to sit together all those years ago in this office and we’re so happy to welcome her home. She’s well known as a top performer and we look forward to supporting her in her ambitions.”

Ray White Ascot Principal Alexander Shean said he’d long admired Chrese as a consistent top performer. “She’s a well loved and admired agent, known for her sound advice and feedback from start to finish. This has led to her consistently being recognised as a top performer by her industry peers and she’s going home to level up again.”

Ray White Queensland CEO Jason Andrew said he was delighted to see new leaders at Ascot expanding their business. “They are a business of attraction and we couldn’t be proud of them. Chrese Morley is a household name in and around Ascot and it’s wonderful to see her rejoin the family to take her business to the next level.”
