Ray White Mawson Lakes principal Marz Harkotsikas is marketing the five-bedroom three-bathroom home at 24 Lipson Reach Road, Gulfview Heights with an impressive garage which can be converted into nine bays.

After 16 years of cherished family memories and entertaining friends, car collector Francesco Tripodi and his wife Kathryn are ready to downsize.

Mr Tripodi has been collecting prestige cars for 10 years - his current collection includes a Lamborghini, several Porsches, and a Ford Raptor.

Mr and Mrs Tripodi said they would miss the lifestyle in Gulfview Heights and hope another family will buy their beloved home.

"The combination of the expansive veranda, the generous backyard, and the pool and Bali-inspired hut made it perfect for entertaining,” Mrs Tripodi said.

“We've created countless family memories and hosted numerous gatherings with customers, suppliers, family, and friends.

“This house would appeal to families seeking space for growth, entertainment, and lifestyle.

“We hope the next family creates as many wonderful memories as we have.”
