At Ray White Maroochydore, our slogan “We bring the whole team” isn’t just words, it's the way we do business.

And nothing shows that better than Justin’s journey with us over the years.

Back in 2017, Justin purchased his very first Sunshine Coast property with the help of our sales agent, Reuben Park.

Fast forward to the end of 2024, and when it came time to invest again, Justin was supported by Hayden Kehoe, who went above and beyond to help him secure his dream investment property. But the support didn’t stop there.

Once the property was purchased, Heidi Williams, our Senior Property Manager, stepped in to look after the investment. From keeping Justin updated on tenants, to ensuring the transition into his owner-occupied home was smooth and stress-free, Heidi made sure every detail was taken care of.

Justin summed it up best in his review:

“Thank you Ray White for everything your team has done to help me secure properties on the Sunshine Coast… I wouldn’t want any other real estate to look after it other than Ray White Maroochydore.”

From the sales journey to property management and beyond Justin experienced first-hand how our whole team comes together to deliver the best result. That’s what makes a seamless, full-service agency offering different, and why we’re so proud of the clients we serve.

How does integration between PM and sales help the client?

The effort really pays off in situations like this particular owner I worked with. From day one, he was highly stressed and under a lot of financial pressure. As the existing PM, it made sense that I guided him through the process, even as he swayed between moving back in himself or renting the property out.

He’d call at all hours, mornings, late nights, even weekends, and send many emails. Eventually, I set a meeting with him just to make sure we were both on the same page and that he felt he was in safe hands.

Throughout this time, I kept Hayden (the sales agent) updated. That way, if the owner rang him, Hayden could gently guide him back to me while still reassuring him that we were all working together. Eventually, we achieved a great rental result, but when the owner later decided to move back in, I let Hayden know. Hayden gave him a call once the property was vacant to congratulate him, and the owner felt completely supported from both sides.

In the end, Hayden and I agreed it was one of the hardest but most rewarding cases we had worked on. For me, it really showed how much smoother things run for clients when PMs and sales agents are aligned.

What are your tips for working seamlessly with sales agents?

When I first started at Ray White Maroochydore, one of the best tips I received was from Dan Sowden: get to know your sales team.

From then on, every Monday morning I made it my mission to walk through the sales pit, say hello, and introduce myself to any new staff or associates. I wanted to be the first person they thought of when speaking with investors - someone they knew and trusted.
