The West Ryde property market received a boost with the opening of the new Ray White office in October 2014.
Principal Fayez Saadie works closely with Michael Saadie and draws on more than 20 years experience in the finance sector.
“We owned and operated an independent finance business where we not only wrote home loans for our clients, we also sold new developments off the plan,” Michael explains.
“All our existing relationships have led to us listing and selling properties before we opened the doors to Ray White West Ryde.”
Listing a waterfront mansion in Gosford and a development opportunity in St Marys, Michael says they’ll do everything they can to help their clients.
“We have built relationships with people from all across Sydney and beyond. We are excited to work with all of them to achieve their real estate goals,” Michael said.
Looking at the local area, Michael points out that West Ryde is the type of suburb that people fall in love with.
“People who move to West Ryde often choose to stay in the area for life. We’ve already had 12 people from the local community approach us asking to find them a new home in West Ryde.”
The West Ryde property market varies from entry-level homes to million dollar properties.
“The market suits all types of purchasers from first home buyers to investors and high-end buyers.
“A quarter of the properties sold in the area in the last 12 months were more than $1m and 40 per cent were under $600,000 - there’s a really good balance of property types,” Michael explains.
Michael and Fayez made the decision to join Ray White for the size and stature of the brand.
“We wanted to align our business with the biggest brand in real estate. Having operated as an independent business in the past we know the pressures of owning a business. Ray White provide support that you don’t get as an independent agency,” Michael said.
For the Ray White Group, the opening of the West Ryde office is a welcome addition to the family.
“Michael and Fayez saw that their future as business owners was best aligned with the Ray White family and we share a high expectation of success in this critical market, ” says Stephen Nell, CEO Ray White NSW.
