As one of the most astute suburbs in Brisbane, Ascot is home to some of the most coveted real estate in the city. The area is so highly regarded, real estate agents are investing in the suburb, snapping up prestige homes.

Ray White Ascot’s principal, Dwight Ferguson, purchased a home which borders a property owned by Ray White Group chairman, Brian White.

The Ascot home located at 19 Kitchener Road was marketed through Damon Warat, also of Ray White Ascot, after he rescued the owners dog.

“As agents, we are immersed in property 24 hours a day and can begin to recognise when a property is of particularly good value.

“The home at 19 Kitchener Road was one of those properties and I was fortunate enough to be in the position to make an offer,” Dwight explains.

In an area well known for its quality real estate, selling agent Damon Warat says 19 Kitchener Road is arguably the best block on the street.

“The home sits on an elevated 1100m² of land in a very exclusive area, Dwight made a wise decision.”

Featuring four bedrooms, three bathrooms and parking for two cars, Dam says the property is a family home.

“This has been a much-loved family home over the years and is in immaculate condition.

“If Dwight has any money left, there’s also huge potential to further develop,” Damon jokes.
