Are You Resilient?

As we come towards the end of the year it's a good time to take stock of the last 12 months and see how you’ve fared so you can start planning for the next 12 months. Did you experience any cyber incidents? Any near misses?

We also insure our cars and often pay higher premiums so we have quick access to a hire car if we have an accident. It's the same with your business, you need to ensure you have processes and strategies in place to keep the lights on and income flowing in the event of a crisis.

When talking cyber, the idea of being resilient takes many forms and there is no single silver bullet that will protect you from all disasters. However, a good place to start, is to be aware of the potential risks to your business, understanding all its parts, implementing systems to protect what you can and having a plan to mitigate any impact during a disaster so you can quickly recover and be up and running as quickly as possible.
