Family business - (L-R) Tony Anile, Richard Anile, Gus Anile, Anthony Anile and Adrian Anile

After more than 15 years in operation servicing Melbourne’s west, the Anile family have joined Australasia's largest property group and opened their doors as Ray White Altona.

Directors of this strong family business - Gus, Anthony, Richard and Adrian Anile - offer exceptional real estate services built on strong leadership to their local buyers, sellers, renters and rental providers.

Their business has a strong family culture, with the solid foundation of customer service and respect between them helping deliver outstanding results for property owners across Hobson's Bay, including Altona, Seaholme, Altona North, Brooklyn, Altona Meadows, Laverton and Seabrook.

Anthony Anile said his family was bonded and united and excited to join Australia’s largest property group which is also family property owned.

“Where else do you go when you are at the top of your game? We have served our apprenticeship and we have been recognised as the top office for many years and now it’s time to level up at Ray White,” Mr Anthony Anile said.

Ray White is a fourth generation family owned and led business which was established in 1902. Today the group spans the length and breadth of Australasia with more than 730 offices and is the largest real estate group and last year turned over more than $85 billion in sales.
The Anile family, who have been in the industry for more than 20 years, are passionate about their strong values and see a lot of synergies by joining the White family.

“We run a family business and we know the White family are all heading in the same direction. We care for each other and for our customers. We are passionate about customer service,” said Gus Anile.

Richard Anile said he was looking forward to “more support, more camaraderie, more technology, more marketing options and a bigger network” at Ray White.

“We are an auction focused business too, we are well drilled at auctions and we know Ray White calls one in four auctions in Australia, it's in their DNA. So this is perfect for us and our culture.”

Likewise Adrian Anile said his family was very excited about the transition. “There are just lots of synergies for our business and our clients. For our family, we have a loyal following of clients who will be pretty excited to see us dial it up with more support.”

Ray White Victoria and Tasmania CEO Stephen Dullens said the Anile family runs a pivotal business in Altona and he was excited by their enthusiastic and professional team.

“We are thrilled to welcome the Anile family and their team to the Ray White group. When a business with this level of success and such a strong track record makes the decision to join the Ray White family, it is a responsibility we take very seriously to provide them with the best resources to grow their business and service their customers.”

“The Aniles and their team value honesty and integrity above all else and it’s such a compliment that they are joining us. They have consistently delivered a high level of customer service over many years and the potential they have is extraordinary.”

“The Aniles are born and bred in the western suburbs of Melbourne, this is their home and they are passionate about looking after their community. I have no doubt we’ll go far together,” Mr Dullens said.
