Ray White Hotels Joint Managing Director Andrew Jolliffe has claimed the major individual honours at the annual Ray White Commercial awards on the Gold Coast.
The awards were held at the Gold Coast Convention Centre during the Ray White Group’s inaugural Connect conference.
Mr Jolliffe was the Group’s top performer for gross settled fees ahead of Eddie Mansour of Ray White Projects (NSW) and Ray White Commercial NT Principal Nick Syrimi.
Ray White Hotels Joint Managing Director Tony Bargwanna and Mr Jolliffe also took out the Director’s Cup Award. Ray White Hotels (NSW) was judged the top marketer in the commercial group.
Ray White Director and CEO Dan White said it had been another outstanding year for Mr Jolliffe, with Ray White Hotels chalking up a number of impressive sales including 14 in a 10 week period during the first half of 2015.
“The accomplishments of Andrew and the Ray White Hotels team have been fantastic with some of their noteworthy sales in Sydney including the Newport Arms Hotel and the Light Brigade Hotel,” Mr White said.
“The volume of sales in such a concentrated time is unprecedented and there is more to come with a number of other hotel deals in the pipeline.”
Mr White paid tribute to all the award winners with Ray White Transact’s Joe Tynan winning the Young Professional in Real Estate (YPIRE) award ahead of Ray White Special Projects Queensland’s Matthew Fritzsche and Ray White Commercial Gold Coast’s Ryan Chandler.
Ray White Commercial (NSW) was honoured as the top team for the Group.
Nick Syrimi was the top performer for transactions ahead of Eddie Mansour and Ray White Industrial M1 North’s Lisa Dunne, while Ray White Commercial Christchurch’s Paula Raine the individual Choice Award and Commercial NT the office Choice Award.
