LONG-TIME Brisbane Lions player Daniel Rich has recruited an old teammate and buddy to assist in the sale of his family home.
Daniel and his wife Lauren have put their residence at 180 Mcilwraith Ave, Norman Park on the market but have no desire to leave the city or club they love.
“We’re planning to renovate a Queenslander we purchased in Camp Hill several years ago,” Daniel said.
“We have loved living in our Norman Park home but the taste of renovating is in our blood and we are keen to do another project.”
Daniel’s former Lions teammate Jamie Charman is helping the Rich family sell the impressive double-storey four bedroom contemporary residence in one of the Norman Park’s premier streets.
The towering former AFL ruckman is now a sales agent with Ray White and will share the marketing duties with Ray White Albion principal David Treloar.
“Richy lived with me when he first got drafted from Perth many years ago and we’ve had a great relationship ever since,” Jamie said.
“He has had the same passion for renovating homes and investing in property over the years. We can’t wait to get started with the sale of Dan and Lauren’s home as it’s one of Norman Park’s best designed and most well-constructed homes.”
The architect-designed residence was created by an award-winning builder using reclaimed brick sourced from Sydney.
