Business partners, John DeLeon, Andrew Sparks and Troy Do are aligning with the biggest real estate group in Australasia, opening the doors to Ray White St Martins this week.
“We chose to join Ray White because of the strong brand and the strong community involvement associated with the brand. We know the pressures of owning a business and Ray White provide support, technology and resources that you don’t get in any other agency,” Mr DeLeon said.
The business partners are all locals of the area and decided to open their new business on St Martins Crescent as more people make the move to the Western Suburbs.
“Over the years we have seen more and more people making the move west. The area has seen continual growth - we’ve seen prices in the area double in the last ten years. New residential and commercial developments are constantly being built and we don’t expect this growth to slow in the foreseeable future,” Mr Do said.
“Sydney’s second airport is going ahead and with it will bring added infrastructure for Sydney’s West. The opening of Wet n Wild not only brings increased tourism, but more job opportunities - the Western Suburbs is definitely the area to watch in greater Sydney,” Mr Sparks said.
The area of Blacktown and Prospect saw 724 sales in the last 12 months alone and more than two thirds of residents are owner-occupiers.
“The predominant buyers in the market are first and second home buyers. With more people looking to buy in the area, that in turn has increased the median house price which is now close to $500,000 - an increase of around $50,000 in the past year,” Mr DeLeon explains.
The Ray White Group welcome the new partnership and see the potential of the new business.
“We welcome John, Andrew and Troy to the Ray White family. They saw that their business was best aligned with Ray White and we are looking forward to seeing the new business grow and thrive,” says Stephen Nell, CEO Ray White NSW.
For the partners, their aspiration is simple: to be the best.
“Our greatest ambition is to be the number one agency in the Ray White NSW Group, and one of the top agencies in the area,” Mr Do said.
We want to be the go-to agent in the area. We’re proud of our team and the values we live by and we want to celebrate that with our local community,” Mr Sparks concludes.
